The Art Of Lesley Thiel is committed to processing data in
accordance with its responsibilities under the GDPR.

- General provisions
- This policy applies to all personal data processed by The Art Of Lesley Thiel.
- The Responsible Person shall take responsibility for the Syfte Consulting Limited’s ongoing compliance with this policy.
- This policy shall be reviewed at least annually.
- Lawful, fair and transparent processing
- To ensure its processing of data is lawful, fair and transparent, The Art Of Lesley Thiel shall maintain a Register of Systems.
- The Register of Systems shall be reviewed at least annually.
- Individuals have the right to access their personal data and any such requests made to The Art Of Lesley Thiel shall be dealt with in a timely manner.

Your data is held on file for a maximum of seven years from the date it was originally saved, after which, your data is either refreshed for another seven years or removed completely. Your data would then be securely removed / wiped from our IT servers, including any third-party service providers. (e.g. cloud hosting services)
Who has access to your data at The Art Of Lesley Thiel?
Internal access to your data is restricted on a ‘need to know’ basis and only the minimal amount is shared. The only reason any of your data that we have would be shared with a third-party would be for compliance reason and in those instances, only a minimum amount is shared in order to fulfil the compliance requirement.
